Growing up in Orange County, Aaron attended church and came to know Christ during his teenage years. After finding his faith and love for Christ considerably deepened as a college student, he sensed a calling to pastoral ministry. Aaron completed his undergraduate studies from the University of California, San Diego (’03) and received his theological training at Talbot School of Theology (’07). He is an ordained minister of the Southern Baptist Convention. Aaron is married to his wife, Tina, and they have 2 young children (Silas and Emily). Together with his family, Aaron moved to Northern California in 2011 to help plant BMC. In addition to reading, he enjoys watching (not playing) sports.
Born and raised in Sacramento, Alton is now a proud resident of the city of San Francisco. By the Lord’s grace working through believing friends, he became a Christian during his teenage years.
