How to attend service
Reserve a spot
All attendees will be required to register online before attending an in-person service.
Registration opens on Tuesdays at 9AM, and closes on Fridays at 9PM.
Registration will be managed on a first-come, first-served basis. If registration is already full by the time you attempt to sign up, please submit your name on our waiting list as we may be able to accommodate you if space opens up. Individuals on the waitlist will receive priority registration for the following Sunday.
If after registering for a service, you determine that you will no longer be able to attend, please cancel your registration using the link provided in the confirmation email that was sent via Church Center.

Arrive and Park
Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the start of the worship service to allow for sufficient time to park and check-in.
There are 2 parking lots available, one on Murchison Dr. and the other on Sequoia Ave. Additionally, there is ample street parking.
Please put on your mask before exiting your vehicle. Attendees will be required to wear masks at all times while on campus. If you do not have a mask, one will be available for you upon check-in. Children ages 2 and younger are not required to wear a face mask.
After parking, you will be directed to one of the check-in stations and greeted by a member of our welcome team.
A volunteer will take your temperature and ask if you or anyone in your party have experienced COVID symptoms in the past 10 days, or if you have had close contact (meaning under 6 feet for more than 15 minutes without medical-grade PPE) with anyone who has tested positive for COVID 19 or is under suspicion of having COVID-19.
If you answer “yes” to either question, or have a temperature of 100.4 or higher, you will not be permitted to attend the in-person service, per CDC guidelines.
Once you are checked-in, ushers will direct you to where you’ll be seated.
All written materials for the service (song lyrics, readings, announcements, sermon notes) will be provided digitally through the BMC App.
Attendees must wear their mask at all times during the worship service.
Attendees will be seated within their own household.
No food or beverages will be provided. Additionally, eating will not be permitted on-site (children excepted).
Restrooms will be available, but with limited stalls for physical distancing. We ask that only 4 individuals MAX use the restroom at a time.
The services will begin promptly at 10AM and will end at approximately 11:30AM.
On communion Sundays, prepackaged communion elements will be available.
We encourage giving through the BMC app or website, but a drop-box will also be available on site for physical giving.
At the conclusion of service, we ask that you observe all safety protocols, including mask-wearing and social distancing, when conversing with others.
Attendee Safety Requirements
Practice social distancing by maintaining a minimum distance of six feet to those around you.
Wear a mask, covering your mouth and nose, while on site. Children age 2 and younger are not required to wear a face mask.
Wash your hands with soap and water.
Refrain from shaking hands, hugging, and other forms of physical contact.
Stay home if you are sick or have any flu-like symptoms.
Facility Cleaning Protocol
MHS custodial staff and BMC volunteers will clean and disinfect the campus before and after each service
Additional Safety Measures
Temperature screening of all attendees.
Hand sanitizing stations will be located in multiple, convenient locations.
Doors will be propped open to reduce/eliminate the need to touch entrances.
Posting social distancing & safety measures in high traffic areas.
If an attendee experiences COVID-19 symptoms:
Attendees who experience COVID-19 symptoms within 48 hours of attending an on-site worship service are expected to contact BMC immediately via email at email@example.com. These attendees are expected to follow CDC guidelines for self-quarantining and returning to health before registering for another in-person service at BMC.
If an attendee tests positive for COVID-19:
All attendees will be promptly notified if anyone tests positive for COVID-19. The attendee who is confirmed positive for COVID-19 will not be permitted to attend an in-person service until they have surpassed a 10-day symptom-free time period or have tested negative of COVID-19 in accordance with CDC guidelines.
Frequently Asked Questions
What if I can’t attend outdoor services? Will there still be a livestream of the worship service?
We will continue to provide a livestream of our service here.
Do I have to register for the in-person service each week I attend?
Yes, in compliance with district policy regarding facility use, everyone who attends our in-person services must register. If you are not able to register beforehand, a member of Welcome Team will help you when you arrive.
May I bring my children? Is there any Children's Ministry or Nursery available?
Yes, you may bring your child/ren. At this time, we are not offering Children’s Ministry services, so all children must stay with their households at all times. We ask that families bringing children understand that all safety measures will apply to children as well. This includes social distancing, refraining from physical contact with other attendees, and wearing a face mask at all times (Children age 2 and younger are not required to wear a mask).
Will there be a designated area for nursing mothers?
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide a separate room for nursing mothers at this time.
Will there be singing?
Yes (with our masks on)!
Will the preacher and vocalists on the praise team be masked?
As they serve during worship, the preacher and any vocalist(s) from the praise team will be unmasked. However, they will wear a mask at all other times.
Will there be assigned seating?
Yes, there will be a designated area where you and your household will be placed. You will be directed accordingly by the members of our welcome team.
Am I allowed to bring lawn chairs, picnic blankets, or umbrellas?
Umbrellas are permitted. However, please be mindful of obstructing the view of those behind you. No chairs are allowed on the turf (Sections A-C). Lawn chairs are only permitted in Section D. Those assigned to Section C are encouraged to bring a picnic blanket.
Are pets allowed?
We love animals but we kindly ask that you leave your pets at home (service animals excepted).
Can I eat before, during, or after the service?
No food will be permitted on campus (children excepted).
Will there be time to fellowship with one another?
We are looking forward to finally being able to fellowship without the need of an internet connection. That said, please keep your masks on, practice social distancing, and refrain from physical contact anytime you interact with others on site.
What if I forget my face mask or I don't have one?
BMC has a limited supply of face masks available for attendees who do not have one or forget theirs at home.
What is the temperature screening accomplishing?
We will check all staff, volunteers, and attendees as they are joining us for the service. CDC and County guidelines indicate a person presenting a temperature of 100.4 degrees or higher should not be admitted.
What do I do if I become ill with COVID-19 symptoms within 48 hours of attending an on-site service at BMC?
Please contact us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please follow CDC guidelines for self-quarantining and returning to health before registering for another BMC in-person service.
What happens if an attendee tests positive of COVID-19 within 48 hours of attending an on-site service at BMC?
All attendees who attended the same service as the individual who confirmed positive of COVID-19 will be notified. The attendee who confirmed positive for COVID-19 will not be permitted to attend an on-site service until they have been cleared in accordance with CDC guidelines.
